PANAMA TITLE & ESCROW INC. FEES

ESCROW FEES

The Escrow Fees for incoming wire transfer and/or deposit in the Escrow Account are calculated based on the amount wired/deposited, as follows:

The Escrow Fees represents the amount that Panama Title & Escrow, Inc. charges for the following Services:

1. Manage the Escrow Account.
2. Clear wire/deposit funds in to the Escrow Account (since larger amount of deposits require communication with the bank, explaining source of funds).
3. Send to Client periodic balance statements, as per client's request.
4. Processing payments to third parties, as per clients instructions.

The following are the Administrative costs:

$2.00 - For every check required by client.
$25.00 - For every certified check required by client.
$10.00 - For check payment or delivery outside our office (transport within the City of Panama, if check needs to be delivered outside our office or deposited in a Bank account).
$25.00 - Wire transfer processing cost at the bank (additional to the bank fees).

The Administrative costs represents the time of our staff to process the respective service that the Client requires.

Property Transaction Services Fees includes:
1. Meeting with Seller / Broker / Buyer.
2. Review Seller’s Property documents.
3. Title Search & investigation at the Public Registry and at the Ministry of Economic and Finance.
4. Draft & review Promise to Purchase Contract.
5. Draft meetings of Share Holders of Client’s Entity, to authorize purchase through a Corporation or Foundation (if applicable).
6. Draft & review Purchase Contract.
7. Coordinate signature and payment as agreed.
8. Coordinate and process Title Transfer at the Public Registry (if applicable).
9. Send all Public Deeds and documents to the Client.

Mortgage Cancellation and/or Mortgage Registration Services fees are separate from the Property Transaction Services fees.

inclues: preparing Minutes for Mortgage processing and Mortgage registration coordination

Client must process Mortgages directly with the Bank or through www.panamamb.com
